Our project will focus on:

1. Identifying and valuing the specific experience acquired by local managers during their mandate
2. Enriching their experience through a training, so as to be able to use it when they are back on the labour market, at the end of their mandate.

7 associations participate, from 6 countries, in a two-year duration programme (2008-2010).
